Brown Ale

This beer was brewed with John Bricker from Three Barrel Brewing Co, here at The Colorado Farm Brewery. It is a traditional brown ale recipe with all Colorado Malting Company ingredients and all Colorado hops. The roasted grain is a nice balance to the Colorado hop character. The hop schedule includes early addition Cascades that impart a bitter, but not too bitter flavor. Notice how clear this beer is... No clarifying agents or filtering were used, just good yeast health, great malt, and happy people.
